The aim of this bachelor‘s thesis is to design gramophone with fulfilling all technical, ergonomic and construction requirements. My intention is to design a gramophone, which will be capable of high quality music reproduction, will be an intersting product for interior and its use will be comfortable and easy to follow. I would like to find an interesting form and material solution, which will follow gramophone‘s function and which will succeed between competing products.

The goal of this bachelor thesis is design of gramophone. Design is based on a close analysis of problems and is based on a knowledge gained in the search part. Turntable should act as a suitable complement in modern interior and meet the right technical and ergonomic characteristics.

The aim of this bachelors thesis was to design modern and functional gramophone. The product must offer the best possible sound experience and suitable design to be proper accessory in contemporary modern living. One of the most important attribute of the gramophone is supposed to be the sound quality to be competitive with widely used CD and DVD players. Reaching nearly same sound quality could be convincing to forget the argument that analogous sound record is archaic. It could help to show gramophones as fully competitive and worthy devices among the digital ones.

Metodika obsahuje doporučení a postupy, kterými je možno zpřístupnit zvukové dokumenty při vynaložení co nejnižších nákladů a zachování možnosti se zpřístupněnými elektronickými dokumenty dále odborně pracovat. Tato metodika je zaměřena především na gramofonové desky, v mnoha aspektech ji lze ale aplikovat i při digitalizaci jiných zvukových nosičů. Metodika popisuje výběr nosiče, jeho očistu, volbou a správným nastavením zařízení pro digitalizaci, uložení fyzického nosiče, úpravou digitálních dat, tvorbou metadat a jejich dlouhodobou archivaci a zpřístupnění.

This thesis deals with the history records and charts its development through history to the present. It shows readers the first attempts of recording and reproducing apparatus , describes the history of the devices to play music and invented the phonograph . It outlines the creation of packaging design as a separate art disciplines and maps it over time to the present. The conclusion is devoted to contemporary music media. It outlines the emergence of followers technical revolution , cassettes and compact discs.
